19385969_568803904b Molho campanha is a salsalike sauce served as an accompaniment to churrasco (barbecued meats) in churrascarias, Brazilian barbecued-meat restaurants. Since hearts of palm show up at every salad bar in these restaurants, added them to the sauce to give it a tasty twist.
See how it will prepare, with the original Brazilian taste.
• 1 spoon (tea) of salt
• 2 spoons (soup) of  garden parsley pricked
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 middle onion
• 2 spoons (soup) of oil of olive
• ¼ cup of water
• 4 spoons (soup) of white vinegar
• ½ (optional) green or red pepper
Withdraw the seeds of the tomatoes and cut them in quite small cubes. Peel and mince finely the onion and cut the pepper in small cubes. Put the ingredients in a container and await. Lead to the fire the vinegar, water and salt, so what to begin to boil it withdraws of the fire and lets cool 2 minutes. Pour on the pricked ingredients and mix well. Add the pricked garden parsley . Leave to cool completely and serve with barbecues or sandwiches.
If you prefer a milder sauce, reduce the vinegar and water to increase proportionately.
